Our chefs take great care in preparing fantastic dishes using fresh, locally sourced produce. Our menus are changed a few times every year to ensure we keep bringing you exciting, new dishes using fresh, seasonal products.
In line with our ethos of supporting local businesses, all our meat is sourced locally and supplied by Glebe Farm Butchers, fruit and vegetables are supplied by Congleton-based PC Produce, and our fish monger is based in Newcastle-under-Lyme.
All our dishes are freshly prepared on site and some may take a little bit longer than others, but we can assure you it is worth the wait!
